  • RIGBY sells primarily through distributors, but may not have a distributor in your country, or in your market. In these cases we will be happy to supply you directly on a Spot Quoted basis.

  • The RIGBY factory in Panama is new, but the company has been manufacturing product for over 30 years. Its principal has decades in rope design and manufacturing, across all types of braided synthetic rope. This expertise, combined with the strategic advantages of the Panama location, mean RIGBY offers premium quality, proven calibre product at competitive prices.

  • RIGBY is open during the day on normal business days (excluding statutory holidays in Panama), but our phone number is monitored 24/7 by an AI. You can ask it basic product and company information, or leave a message that will be promptly addressed by our Customer Service team!

  • The rope is manufactured by us, in Panama. We do not buy rope from other companies and resell it.

  • Pricing is very competitive and will vary based on quantities, lead time requirements, freight terms, and other commercial factors. But it will be competitive, stable, and straightforward.

  • RIGBY Industries, S.A. (“RIGBY”) standard commercial terms are as follows, unless otherwise stated in writing by RIGBY:

    All prices are in USD.

    All prices and shipments are provided EXW Panama (INCOTERMS 2020).

    Pricing is subject to change without notice, unless otherwise stated in a Quotation from RIGBY.

    All Quotations from RIGBY expire in 90 calendar days, unless otherwise stated therein.

  • RIGBY Industries, S.A. (“RIGBY”), warrants the goods to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

    Under no condition does this warranty extend to any particular application or use. In any event, the liability of RIGBY shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the specific product in question, at the sole discretion of RIGBY.
